I’ve decided to make the next few images about time. We seem to have a few old watches and clocks. Some are ours, and others belonged to parents and others. A few years ago I made a card, a bit like the shells I did last week, with nine watches, for a birthday card. This image is part of the face of a clock, which has hung on our wall for years, never missing a beat until the earthquakes. Since then my husband has spent ages tying to get it to go again, consistently. It will go, but only for a few days or weeks, then stop. We will have to find someone to fix it very soon, as it is very frustrating for him.
Each week I'll publish a new image as part of a joint Project 52, with my friend in the USA. We both make an image every week, and send them to each other. We are now in the 2nd year of this project. We find it challenging, stimulating and fun. Life should be fun.
