We were in the beautiful Abel Tasman area at the top of the South Island of New Zealand, at Marahau, for a friend's 70th birthday. There were quite a few of us so they rented the house next to their's for the overflow. This image is the view from our bedroom window, made on an iPad, rather than a "real" camera. The best camera in the world is the one you have with you but the one in the bag might make a better quality image! The weather was perfect and it was fun to meet old friends and make new ones. Zero birthdays are always an excuse for a good party.
Each week I'll publish a new image as part of a joint Project 52, with my friend in the USA. We both make an image every week, and send them to each other. We are now in the 2nd year of this project. We find it challenging, stimulating and fun. Life should be fun.
